- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
 - 1 cup Creamland Dairy milk
 - 1 ½ teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - ½ teaspoon white pepper
 - ¼ teaspoon salt
 - 2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeño pepper
 - 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
 
How to
- In medium bowl whisk together all ingredients.
 - Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
